Hilltop offered fixed rates in the 2024-25 season as low as $2.09* per gallon for propane saving some members over 50% on their propane bill. Additional fixed rates were offered at $2.19* and $2.49* per gallon saving members upward of 50% on their propane bills.
*$2.09 based on annual usage of 1000+ gallons; $2.19 based on annual usage of 500-999 gallons annually; $2.49 based on annual usage of 200-499 gallons annually though Amerigas.
Hilltop begins negotiating discounted member pricing around June, and the inclusion of a large number of members directly affects the gallon allotment we reserve at a discounted rate. Accurately estimating fuel needs for the season is crucial to securing enough supply at a fixed price. Enrolling your audience before open membership in July allows us to adjust our reserved gallons accordingly. As a result, Hilltop sets a deadline for your organization and audience to take advantage of the offer.
DEADLINE FOR THIS OFFER: Your audience will need to have memberships in place no later than June 1 to take advantage of the discounted membership fee. They can enroll after June 1, but at the standard fee of $50 per fuel plan per household.
