Hilltop offered fixed rates in the 2024-25 season as low as $2.09* per gallon for propane saving some members over 50% on their propane bill. Additional fixed rates were offered at $2.19* and $2.49* per gallon saving members upward of 50% on their propane bills.
*$2.09 based on annual usage of 1000+ gallons; $2.19 based on annual usage of 500-999 gallons annually; $2.49 based on annual usage of 200-499 gallons annually though Amerigas for the 2024-25 season. 2023-24 season was $.05 less per gallon for the same pricing tiers.

Hilltop begins negotiating discounted member pricing in May, and the total number of enrolled members directly impacts the gallons we can secure at a fixed rate. To ensure enough supply at the best pricing, we must accurately estimate fuel demand for the season. Enrolling your audience before open membership begins in July allows us to adjust our reserved gallons accordingly. To protect the availability of discounted gallons for all members, we set a firm enrollment deadline for your organization and its members to take advantage of this offer.
